Jeff has been an owner and steward of Larimer Square for decades and is dedicated to preserving it for generations to come. He’s partnered with Urban Villages, a Denver developer, to create a vision for what the next few decades look like. A preservationist first and a landlord second, Jeff recently made a public commitment to not alter any of the 19th-century buildings on the block.
